Ingredients
- 650 g Chicken breast fillet
- 3 Red peppers
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 ml Cream
- 1 Onion
- 2 heaped tbsp Flour
- Salt, pepper, paprika, oil
- 100 g Grated Gouda
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken breast, cut it into pieces, place in a greased baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes, core the peppers and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion, add the paprika and fry with it. Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
- Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream, bring to the boil briefly. Let everything simmer a little more, then bind with the flour and pour over the meat in the casserole dish, smooth it out. Sprinkle everything with the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes. This goes well with pasta, potatoes or rice.
