Ingredients
 

  • 650 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 heaped tbsp Flour
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, oil
  • 100 g Grated Gouda

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken breast, cut it into pieces, place in a greased baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes, core the peppers and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion, add the paprika and fry with it. Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream, bring to the boil briefly. Let everything simmer a little more, then bind with the flour and pour over the meat in the casserole dish, smooth it out. Sprinkle everything with the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes. This goes well with pasta, potatoes or rice.
