Ingredients
 

  • 2 Parsnips
  • Fresh onion
  • Butter
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • Pepper and salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean the parsnips and cut into small pieces. Cut some onion into small cubes. Sauté in a little butter until translucent. Add parsnips and sauté. Pour on the cream. Cover and let simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and coarsely puree. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  • 3 .... actually vegetarian, but I had fish with it 😉
