Ingredients
- 4 Shallots chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 125 g Cream
- 125 ml White wine dry
- 400 g Drained canned tuna
- 1 tbsp Chopped capers
- 1 tbsp Chopped dill
Instructions
- Sauté the shallots in the hot butter, add the Knofi, pour in the wine and bring to the boil. Add the finely mashed tuna and capers. Finally pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on your favorite pasta and garnish with dill.
