Ingredients
 

  • 6 Wiener sausages fresh from the butcher
  • 1 large Cut onion
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 shrub Small tomatoes 9 pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon
  • Parmesan in one piece
  • 2 handful Gluten free spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • Fry the sliced ​​onion in hot oil, add the chopped Wiener Wüstchen and fry well. Then put in the tomatoes and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, the sugar and a few squirts of lemon.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices or pieces, add them to the tomato sauce, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid closed.
  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and distribute on the plates, pour the sauce over it and decorate with grated Parmesan cheese - enjoy your meal
