Ingredients
- 75 g Ham cubes
- 125 g Cooked pasta
- 2 Eggs
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 35 g Grated Emmental
- Butter for frying
- Chive rolls
Instructions
- Fry the ham cubes in a dry pan, then pour into a mixing bowl and mix well with the eggs, the raw onion cubes and the spices. Fold the pasta and grated cheese into the mixture and mix everything together.
- Melt some butter in a pan and add half of the mixture, spread it a little and fry on both sides until you have a golden yellow to golden brown tortilla. Prepare the second tortilla in the same way and serve with a fresh salad or pickled olives.
