Ingredients
 

  • 75 g Ham cubes
  • 125 g Cooked pasta
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 35 g Grated Emmental
  • Butter for frying
  • Chive rolls

Instructions
 

  • Fry the ham cubes in a dry pan, then pour into a mixing bowl and mix well with the eggs, the raw onion cubes and the spices. Fold the pasta and grated cheese into the mixture and mix everything together.
  • Melt some butter in a pan and add half of the mixture, spread it a little and fry on both sides until you have a golden yellow to golden brown tortilla. Prepare the second tortilla in the same way and serve with a fresh salad or pickled olives.
