Pasta with Chorizo
The perfect pasta with chorizo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 250 g Chorizo
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 ml Meatsoup
- 100 g Chunky tomatoes (can)
- 400 g Linguine
- Salt pepper
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
- Peel the chorizo and cut into slices.
- Wash the zucchini and cut into slices.
- Fry the onions and chorizo in oil.
- Add the garlic and zucchini, fry with them.
- Deglaze with the stock, simmer briefly.
- Cook the tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
- Cook linguins in salted water until they are al dente,
- Wash the spinach.
- Drain the pasta, add to the chorizo with the spinach.
- Cook briefly until the spinach collapses.
- Season again with salt and pepper
