Pasta with Creamy Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g Cauliflower
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 1 Onion small
  • Oil for frying
  • Vegetable broth to taste
  • 200 g Pasta - penne
  • Salt
  • Fresh or frozen chives
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into fine cubes. Peel the onion and also finely dice it. Fry the vegetables in the hot oil for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with a little broth or water and bring to the boil. Then cook covered for about 5 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and chop fresh herbs, or use frozen food. Mix the cream cheese with a little liquid and herbs and mix with the vegetables. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta, add to the vegetable sauce and fold in. Arrange on plates and enjoy.
