Pasta with Mushrooms in Tomato and Feta Cream

The perfect pasta with mushrooms in tomato and feta cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g Fetakåse
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Oil
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the diced ham and sauté, clean and dice the bell pepper, cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté everything as well, add the pizza tomatoes, everything with salt, pepper, parika powder, oregano, thyme and basil, add the diced feta and let everything simmer for approx. 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the noodles in a sieve, pour the vegetable feta sauce over them and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
