Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta
- 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 150 g Ham cubes
- Parmesan cheese
- 200 g Feta cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried thyme
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
- Oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the diced ham and sauté, clean and dice the bell pepper, cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté everything as well, add the pizza tomatoes, everything with salt, pepper, parika powder, oregano, thyme and basil, add the diced feta and let everything simmer for approx. 3 minutes.
- Drain the noodles in a sieve, pour the vegetable feta sauce over them and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
