Pasta with Tuna and Mussels in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 2 Cans Tuna
  • 2 Cans Shellfish
  • 1 Size Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Peel the onion and garlic, dice and sauté in the oil until translucent, chop the chilli peppers, dice the tomatoes and sauté everything, stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable stock, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano and cook for about 5 minutes . Simmer.
  • Now put the tuna and the mussels in the tomato sauce, heat everything slowly, (do not cook) and sprinkle with the pasta, and if you like Parmesan cheese, serve it ..
