Pasta with Vegetables
The perfect pasta with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 pinch Crushed garlic
- Quarter of spring onion in rolls
- Quarter of green pepper in short strips
- 5 Halved cherry tomatoes
- 25 g Black olives
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- Some basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Catch 5 tbsp pasta water. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil over medium heat. Add the peppers, tomatoes and olives, fry for about 3 minutes. Mix in the pasta water and balsamic vinegar. Season well with spices and oregano. Fold in the drained pasta. Put on a plate. Garnish with basil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
