Pasta with Vegetables

The perfect pasta with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Crushed garlic
  • Quarter of spring onion in rolls
  • Quarter of green pepper in short strips
  • 5 Halved cherry tomatoes
  • 25 g Black olives
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Some basil leaves
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Catch 5 tbsp pasta water. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil over medium heat. Add the peppers, tomatoes and olives, fry for about 3 minutes. Mix in the pasta water and balsamic vinegar. Season well with spices and oregano. Fold in the drained pasta. Put on a plate. Garnish with basil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
