Ingredients

  • 80 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 80 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Ground vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 30 g Raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp Peanut butter
  • 170 ml Vegetable milk
  • 2 tbsp Sweet lupine flour
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients and briefly stir in the liquid ingredients. The dough shouldn't be too runny or too firm.
  • Pour the batter into the wells of a mini donut maker. I have a waffle iron that I can swap out the iron on. Bake for a few minutes and then either enjoy lukewarm or cover with a powdered sugar glaze or chocolate glaze.
