Ingredients

What is required per portion:

  • 2 piece Peach halves
  • 3 tbsp Raspberries
  • 100 g Refined sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 piece Vanilla ice cream balls

Depending on your taste:

  • 3 tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1 piece Ice cream cones

Instructions

Preparation:

  • For fresh fruits, these are peeled, blanched and boiled in sugar water. Heat both the raspberries and the peaches separately with the syrup. Alternatively, pickled canned food is also possible.

Portioning:

  • Each portion is filled with the ice cream scoops in a suitable, pre-chilled glass bowl by placing them in the middle. To do this, peach halves are cut and placed, then the ice cream is poured with the raspberry sauce and individual raspberries are added.

Topping:

  • If you like, you can add whipped cream, an ice cream cone and chocolate chips on top.
