Ingredients
 

  • 4 g Chocolate sauce powder
  • 110 ml Milk 1.5%
  • Stevia
  • 1 tsp Pear brandy
  • 120 g Pears
  • If possible, 2 halves
  • Without added sugar from the can
  • 1 tsp Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chocolate sauce powder with a little cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Remove from the hob, add the mixed sauce powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Season to taste with stevia and pear brandy.
  • Allow the pear halves to drain on a sieve and place 1 half of each pear with the hollow facing down in a serving bowl. Pour hot chocolate sauce over it, sprinkle with the almond slivers and serve immediately.
