Ingredients
 

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Chives

Instructions
 

  • Peel the cucumber and cut into slices.
  • Peel the onion into rings, peel the garlic and chop
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber, shake well and put in the refrigerator, shaking every now and then
  • Enjoy after about 5 hours.
  • Also tastes very good as a cucumber salad
