Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Onion
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Dill
- 1 tbsp Chives
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and cut into slices.
- Peel the onion into rings, peel the garlic and chop
- Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber, shake well and put in the refrigerator, shaking every now and then
- Enjoy after about 5 hours.
- Also tastes very good as a cucumber salad
