Ingredients

  • 1000 g Pineapple fresh, in pieces
  • 500 g Honeydew melon, pieces
  • 1,5 Bags Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions

  • Peel the pineapple and melon and cut into pieces.
  • Put the fruit in a saucepan and let it simmer. Now coarsely chop the fruit with a hand blender so that small pieces remain. Let the fruit simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the preserving sugar, stir well and simmer for another 10 minutes. Take a gel sample.
  • In the meantime, rinse the jam jars with boiling water.
  • If the jelly sample is okay, pour the jam into the jars, close tightly and turn upside down for 20 minutes. Turn around and you're done. Keep the jam cool and dark.
