Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pineapple fresh
  • 1 Large, sharp knife or bread knife
  • For a fruit platter everything else you like in fruit ...
  • Honey
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • First you cut off the lower stalk of the pineapple cleanly. (see photo)
  • Then halve the pineapple from bottom to top through the green. (see photo)
  • also divide the two halves in the middle. again from the bottom up through the green ...
  • Then cut into the middle stalk with the knife until just before the green (see photo). And a cut directly above the shell until just before the green (see photo).
  • Then carefully cut the inside into pieces and move the individual pieces a little.
  • The individual quarters can either be served on a plate each and served with honey and possibly yogurt.
  • With a fruit platter, however, I only spray everything with lemon juice so that it looks appetizing for longer.
  • By the way, the photo shows my exotic fruit platter for breakfast in kindergarten!
