Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Medium onions
- 1 Can big Mushrooms
- 2 Peppers
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Pt Tomato sauce, possibly with herbs
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Freshly chopped thyme
- Chopped rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Parmesan cheese possibly
Instructions
- Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat in olive oil. Also dice the peppers and add to the minced meat with the mushrooms and corn. Fry everything briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream, tomato sauce and cream cheese and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, rosemary, paprika and thyme. When serving, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top of the soup, if you like. Baguette goes best with it.
- TIP. Also tastes good as a pasta sauce, then use less vegetable stock.
