  • Bought or homemade
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 100 g Pork loin, smoked
  • Alternatively, lean ham


  • Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Cut the sirloin into small cubes.
  • Mix the cream cheese and creme fraiche. Stir in the spring onions and loin.
