Ingredients
 

for the dough

  • 300 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 150 g Butter
  • 750 g Plums
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Cold water

for the cream

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 P Vanilla custard powder
  • 500 g Quark
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 75 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the fat for the dough.
  • Mix the dry ingredients and add the egg.
  • Now slowly mix in the liquid fat and use the dough hook of the hand mixer to make crumbles.
  • Pour 3 / 4 of the dough into a 26 cm springform pan and press firmly.
  • For the compote, mix the pitted plums with the sugar and bring to the boil in a saucepan over low heat.
  • If the amount of liquid is too small, simply add a few tablespoons of water.
  • Mix the starch with the water until smooth and add to the plums while stirring and bring to the boil again briefly,
  • For the cheese cream, stir the sugar with the eggs until frothy.
  • Stir in pudding powder, quark and lemon juice.
  • Spread the cooled compote on the dough and very carefully spread the cheese mixture over it.
  • Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for 45 - 50 minutes.
  • Let cool down and serve with a dollop of cream!
