Ingredients
for the dough
- 300 g Flour
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 Msp Cinnamon
- 150 g Butter
- 750 g Plums
- 50 g Sugar
- 40 g Food starch
- 3 tbsp Cold water
for the cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1 P Vanilla custard powder
- 500 g Quark
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 75 g Sugar
Instructions
- Melt the fat for the dough.
- Mix the dry ingredients and add the egg.
- Now slowly mix in the liquid fat and use the dough hook of the hand mixer to make crumbles.
- Pour 3 / 4 of the dough into a 26 cm springform pan and press firmly.
- For the compote, mix the pitted plums with the sugar and bring to the boil in a saucepan over low heat.
- If the amount of liquid is too small, simply add a few tablespoons of water.
- Mix the starch with the water until smooth and add to the plums while stirring and bring to the boil again briefly,
- For the cheese cream, stir the sugar with the eggs until frothy.
- Stir in pudding powder, quark and lemon juice.
- Spread the cooled compote on the dough and very carefully spread the cheese mixture over it.
- Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for 45 - 50 minutes.
- Let cool down and serve with a dollop of cream!
