Ingredients
Pointed cabbage and minced meat pan:
- 500 g ½ pointed cabbage / cleaned
- 250 g Ground beef
- 120 g 1 Onion peeled
- 15 g 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 g 1 Red chilli pepper / cleaned
- 15 g 1 piece of ginger cleaned
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Whole cumin
- 0,5 tsp Whole caraway seeds
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 hefty pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 big pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 400 ml Beef broth (2 teaspoons instant broth)
- 165 ml 1 small can of coconut milk
Jacket potato triplets:
- 350 g Triplets (small, waxy potatoes / 22 pieces)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
Serve:
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 * ½ small tomatoes
Instructions
Pointed cabbage and minced meat pan:
- Clean the pointed cabbage and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the garlic cloves and dice finely. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the minced beef in it until crumbly and remove. Add sunflower oil (2 tbsp), fry the onion cubes with the garlic clove cubes and ginger cubes in them / stir-fry in them Add the cut pointed cabbage and fry / stir-fry. With mild curry powder (½ teaspoon), sweet paprika (1/2 teaspoon), whole cumin ½ teaspoon), whole caraway (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches ) and freshly grated nutmeg (1 big pinch). Add the fried minced beef and deglaze / pour over the beef broth (400 ml) and coconut milk (165 ml). Let everything with the lid simmer / boil for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Finally remove the lid and let everything simmer / stew until the liquid has almost completely boiled away.
Jacket potato triplets:
- Wash 2nd triplets (small, firm potatoes / here: 22 pieces!), Cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with whole caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off (peeling is relatively laborious, but worth it yourself ! ).
Serve:
- Skale and minced meat pan with jacket potato triplets, each garnished with half a tomato and serve 1 tbsp crème fraîche.
