Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pork tenderloin
  • 750 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 ml White wine
  • 250 ml Cream
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Marjoram

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the cabbage and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  • Season the pork fillets with salt and pepper from the mill. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillets in it. Remove and sauté the onions in the frying fat. Add the white cabbage and sauté with it. Now season with salt, pepper from the mill and paprika powder.
  • Add the white wine and cream to the cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes. Now put the whole thing in a baking dish and place the pork fillets on top, sprinkle with marjoram and cook the whole thing in the oven at 180 ° C.
  • Arrange the cabbage on a plate and place the fillets on top and serve with croquettes. Good Appetite.
