Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Floury potatoes
  • Nutmeg
  • Chives
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 100 g Grated cheese e.g. medieval Gouda
  • 7 piece Eggs
  • Salt
  • Butter for greasing the form

Instructions
 

  • To start with, grease the muffin cups. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
  • Dice the ham and toast it in a pan without fat until light brown. Cut the chives into fine rings and coarsely grate the cheese.
  • Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Squeeze the water out of the potato mixture with your hands.
  • Mix the potato mixture with the diced ham, the grated cheese, chives, an egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then distribute the mixture in the molds. Make a well in each of them and bake for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Take out of the oven and beat 1 egg into the top of each hollow. Then bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve the potato muffin hot with fresh herbs.
