Ingredients

  • 4 size Potatoes with a thin, clean skin
  • Liquid butter
  • Pepper salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° convection. Butter muffin tins.
  • Wash the potatoes, brush them off and slice them thinly (fingers must show through). Line up the thin slices half-overlapping next to each other approx. 50 cm long. Then, applying pressure, roll up the strand from one side and place it upright in the molds. In doing so, they fall apart a little. Then stick individual, small leaves in the middle. Liquefy some butter, pour it over the roses and lightly pepper and salt the surface.
  • Put the molds in the middle of the oven. Baking time about 45 minutes. The upper edge of the "rose leaves" should be browned well.
