  • 0,5 tsp Quittengelee
  • Balsamic cream to taste
  • 1 tbsp Schnilllauchrollchen
  • Fried fish or something else that everyone likes

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes,
  • Beat the egg yolks with the mustard and a little salt. Now slowly add the rapeseed oil, stirring continuously. Stir in enough oil until the desired amount is reached. Mix in the ouit jelly, balsamic vinegar and pepper, season to taste. Finally stir in the chives.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices immediately after cooking and fold them into the marinade. Finished. For once, because I didn't have the time, I took a frozen fried fish (from IGLO), it was put in the oven, but it wasn't bad. we liked it. But also a fried egg is delicious.
