Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots big
- 1 Onion small
- 1 disc Meatloaf
- 4 Gherkins
- 1 small cup Liquid vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes and carrots in salted water until they are soft, let them cool down a little, peel both and cut them into slices.
- Dice the onion and the meat loaf and fry in the pan with the vegetable stock, dice the cucumbers, mix the potatoes and the carrots, add the pan and the cucumber and season to taste
- We had fried eggs with it
