Cook the potatoes for approx. 15-20 minutes with the addition of sea salt, then drain, peel and cut into slices. Dice the onions and garlic and fry until golden. Dice the hard-boiled cheese and the cucumber. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Put the whole thing in a large bowl and mix with the mayonnaise and the cream of the salad.
