Ingredients
- 2,8 kg Waxy potatoes with their skin on
- 16 Wiener sausages
- 10 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 4 medium Fresh onion
- 10 Clove of garlic
- 10 Pickled cucumber
- 600 g Emmental
- 500 ml Mayonnaise
- 500 ml Salad cream
- Beef bouillon
- Coarse sea salt
- Ground white pepper
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes for approx. 15-20 minutes with the addition of sea salt, then drain, peel and cut into slices. Dice the onions and garlic and fry until golden. Dice the hard-boiled cheese and the cucumber. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Put the whole thing in a large bowl and mix with the mayonnaise and the cream of the salad. Season to taste with the beef stock and pepper
