Ingredients
- 3 piece Marrow bone
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- Leek of a spring onion
- 1 piece Fresh carrots
- 1 tablespoon Dried marjoram
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- Parsley stalks
- 5 piece Sausages / Bockwurst / Vienna sausages
- 7 medium-sized Potato freshly peeled
Instructions
- At the beginning I cooked my bone broth again in 2 hours with onions, leeks, carrots, parsley stalks, marjoram, salt and pepper. I had cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- I then took out the bones. In the meantime I had peeled the potatoes and cut them into small slices. They came into the broth for 20 minutes.
- Then I mashed some of the potatoes in the soup. The others stayed as slices. Then I let the sausages cut into pieces pull off the stove on the lowest setting.
- Finally, chopped parsley was added. Everything mixed up and seasoned again. Good Appetite.
epilogue
- Of course, I don't throw away the bones. Our dear bear Jack is still enjoying it for 3 days. One every day, smile.
