Ingredients
 

  • 6 piece Excavators, potato pancakes; Potato pancakes, or .......
  • 100 g Cream cheese, natural
  • 15 g Wild garlic, fresh from the forest
  • 2 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make the potato pancakes as usual. (either rub yourself or use frozen goods) Here they are purely manual work. 😉
  • Clean the wild garlic and chop it very finely.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the chopped wild garlic, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Possibly season with a little sugar.
