  • 100 g Cream cheese, natural
  • 15 g Wild garlic, fresh from the forest
  • 2 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Make the potato pancakes as usual. (either rub yourself or use frozen goods) Here they are purely manual work. 😉
  2. Clean the wild garlic and chop it very finely.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped wild garlic, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Possibly season with a little sugar.
