- 4 Chicken legs
- Salt
- Dried ginger
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sweet paprika powder
- Orange oil
- 500 g Asparagus pizzas
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the chicken legs well on both sides and place in a pan or casserole dish, drizzle generously with orange oil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Then season with the paprika powder and plenty of ginger (as everyone likes) and put it back in the oven and continue cooking at 180 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. Then turn on the grill again for 10 minutes to get the skin nice and crispy ... they were super baked.

- Asparagus in sauce ... then wash the parsley, cut into small pieces and stir in.
