Ingredients
- 1 Turkey schnitzel
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Basil pesto
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 ml Chicken broth
- 1 slice Cave cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven
- Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Brush the schnitzel with two spoons of pesto. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and place on top of the schnitzel.
- Mix the crème fraìche with the broth and a spoonful of pesto and pour over the schnitzel.
- Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 25 minutes at 180 ° C fan oven.
- Very suitable as a protein-rich dinner. Just add rice or another side dish for lunch.
