Ingredients
 

  • 1 Turkey schnitzel
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Basil pesto
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 slice Cave cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven
  • Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish.
  • Brush the schnitzel with two spoons of pesto. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and place on top of the schnitzel.
  • Mix the crème fraìche with the broth and a spoonful of pesto and pour over the schnitzel.
  • Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 25 minutes at 180 ° C fan oven.
  • Very suitable as a protein-rich dinner. Just add rice or another side dish for lunch.
