Pralines: White Chocolate for Women

  • 20 Milliliters Prosecco
  • 15 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Couverture white
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  1. Heat prosecco and cream in a saucepan. Take the pot off the stove. Melt the couverture in it. Let cool and then cover and chill until the mixture is firm.
  2. Cut off a teaspoon at a time from the mass and shape into balls with cold hands. Put the balls in the cold again briefly. Mix the vanilla sugar with sugar on a plate. Roll the balls in it. Place in praline sleeves and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Wrap up nicely as a gift … or just enjoy yourself … 😉 Also suitable for various other occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day …).
