Ingredients
Protein shake
- 6 tbsp Tender oatmeal
- 150 g Organic quark (with yoghurt)
- 300 ml Milk
- 5 ml Linseed oil
- 2 Bananas (ripe ones that had to go)
Instructions
- Take a tall container and first add the oatmeal, quark, milk and linseed oil. Peel ripe bananas and break into pieces and add them. Puree everything with a magic wand and then pour into a glass or two.
