Ingredients
 

Protein shake

  • 6 tbsp Tender oatmeal
  • 150 g Organic quark (with yoghurt)
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 5 ml Linseed oil
  • 2 Bananas (ripe ones that had to go)

Instructions
 

  • Take a tall container and first add the oatmeal, quark, milk and linseed oil. Peel ripe bananas and break into pieces and add them. Puree everything with a magic wand and then pour into a glass or two.
