- 150 g Sour cream
- 200 g Lean cubes of bacon
- 2 Prices Salt
- 2 Prices Pepper
- 1 piece Egg
- Roll out the finished puff pastry. Spread completely with sour cream. Depending on the intense taste, thick or thin. Salt lightly as the bacon cubes are salty and pepper. Spread lean bacon cubes, both sides, evenly on the puff pastry. You can also use other ingredients such as tuna, etc. Roll up on the long side and put in there with a sharp knife. Cut 2 cm wide strips. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. If you like, you can coat the snails with egg yolk before baking. Preheat the oven at around 200-225 degrees and add the snails. Bake for 23-28 minutes. When they are nice and brown, take them out and let them cool down.
