Ingredients
- 450 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Whipped cream
- 250 g Puff pastry - refrigerated shelf
- Salt, pepper, flour
- 1 Egg yolk
Instructions
- Thaw spinach and press dry, knead with egg, cheese and cream and season
- Spread out the puff pastry sheet, brush with egg yolk, spread the spiant filling on top, leave a 1 to 2 cm edge
- Roll up the dough, pinch the roll with egg albums and cut into approx. 3 cm thick slices
- Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 15 minutes and then let cool in the oven for another 5 minutes
- TIP 5: You can also replace the feeling individually. I recently had ham cubes with cream cheese - it was an absolute hit! My kids love this snail, which is also ideal for snacks at school!
