Ingredients
 

  • 450 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream
  • 250 g Puff pastry - refrigerated shelf
  • Salt, pepper, flour
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Thaw spinach and press dry, knead with egg, cheese and cream and season
  • Spread out the puff pastry sheet, brush with egg yolk, spread the spiant filling on top, leave a 1 to 2 cm edge
  • Roll up the dough, pinch the roll with egg albums and cut into approx. 3 cm thick slices
  • Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 15 minutes and then let cool in the oven for another 5 minutes
  • TIP 5: You can also replace the feeling individually. I recently had ham cubes with cream cheese - it was an absolute hit! My kids love this snail, which is also ideal for snacks at school!
