Pumpkin Seed Oil Parfait with Pomegranate Seeds and Pumpkin Seed Oil Panna Cotta
The perfect pumpkin seed oil parfait with pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seed oil panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the parfait:
- 140 g Sugar
- 4 Pc. Egg yolk
- 6 cl Pumpkin seed oil
- 500 ml Whipped cream
- 1 Pc. Pomegranate
For the panna cotta:
- 1 l Whipped cream
- 5 leaf Gelatin
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 4 cl Pumpkin seed oil
- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix sugar with egg yolk and pumpkin seed oil and whip over a water bath for a few minutes. Then mix with the cream and pour into a loaf pan. Let freeze for about 6 hours.
- Let the cream with sugar and pumpkin seed oil simmer gently for 10 minutes. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes and then squeeze it out. Stir into the warm cream, portion and chill.
