Quark and Poppy Seed Cream with Tipsy Plums

  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 powerful shot Whiskey
  • 0,25 tsp Cinnamon

Quark and poppy seed cream

  • 200 g Cream
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 60 g Sugar
  • Grated tonka bean
  • 2 tbsp Blue poppy
