- 500 g Plaumen
- 50 ml Water
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 powerful shot Whiskey
- 0,25 tsp Cinnamon
Quark and poppy seed cream
- 200 g Cream
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 60 g Sugar
- Grated tonka bean
- 2 tbsp Blue poppy

- Stone and quarter the plums. Put the water with the sugar in a pan and let it boil to a light caramel, then add a strong dash of whiskey and cook until the caramel has completely dissolved, then add the plums and cinnamon and cook for about 4 minutes on low heat Let it simmer, then pour it into a bowl and let it cool down.
Quark and poppy seed cream
- Either grind the poppy seeds with a grinder or crush them in a mortar. Whip the cream with the sugar and some tonka bean zest until semi-stiff, then gradually stir in the low-fat quark and finally stir in the ground / crushed poppy seeds. Fill the cream into dessert glasses and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
