Quark Cake with Egg Foam

- 1 Egg
- 75 g Butter, liquid

- 500 g Quark
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 Egg yolk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 125 g Melt butter
- 3 Protein
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, egg and butter together. Roll out the dough, place it in the mold and press the edge on about 2cm.
- Mix the quark, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla sugar together. Mix the milk and pudding powder and carefully add to the quark mixture with the butter. CAUTION: Splashes a lot !!! It’s best to put a kitchen towel over it … 🙂
