Ingredients
 

Cakes

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 150 g Quark lean
  • 3 tablespoon Raisins
  • 300 g Applesauce
  • 2 tablespoon Flaked almonds

to sprinkle

  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon

Instructions
 

Cakes

  • Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Mix the sugar, milk, egg yolk and the quark, sieve the flour over it and stir in the raisins.
  • Now carefully fold in the egg whites.
  • Butter three small casserole dishes and distribute the batter in them.
  • Put the apple puree in the middle with a spoon and spiral through the dough.
  • Finally, sprinkle the almond flakes over the top and put it in the 180c. warm oven for approx. 20-25 minutes - chopstick sample !!!

Serve

  • Take the cakes out of the oven, sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture and enjoy warm
