Ingredients
 

Dip:

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 ml Milk

or

  • 100 ml Cream, sweet
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Jacket potatoes:

  • 400 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Put the quark in a bowl and whisk well with milk or cream. Spice up.
  • Remove the green radishes, wash, grate finely, add.
  • Wash the chives, cut them, mix well.

Potatoes :

  • wash in salted water & cook caraway seeds. Drain the potatoes for approx. 20 minutes, quench and peel them.
