Ingredients

For the crowd:

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 90 g Butter
  • 370 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 2 pack Custard powder

For the dough:

  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • Some flour to roll out / spread

Instructions

  • Make a soft shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough, but do not necessarily refrigerate it. (Instead of butter you can also use margarine)
  • For the quark mixture, mix together the sugar, butter and eggs, e.g. with a hand mixer. Then add the cream cheese and quark and stir everything until smooth. Finally add the pudding powder and stir until smooth.
  • Place the dough in a baking dish or on a small baking sheet lined with baking paper. I used a drip pan. Then distribute and form a small border. Use some flour to spread it out. Then put the quark mixture on top and smooth it out.
  • Set the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and place the cake on the middle shelf. Bake for 45 minutes and then carry out the cooking test in the middle. If no more liquid mass sticks to the stick, the cake is firm. Then out of the oven and let cool.
