Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Cocoa
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Packs Dr. Oetker cherry fruit filling
  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker Torte Creme Vanilla
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 pack Marzipan flowers, fondant, sugar sprinkles to decorate

Instructions
 

  • 1st floor: - Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy - Mix flour, cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder and sieve - Carefully fold the flour mixture under the egg-sugar foam - Line the springform pan with baking paper and fill in the batter - at 160 degrees approx. 30 Bake for 40 minutes - - Divide the cold cake base twice (with a large saw knife) to make three parts
  • 2nd Dr. Prepare the Oetker cake cream according to the instructions - spread the vanilla cream on the first half of the cake base and then pour the Dr. Apply the Oetker fruit filling - place the 2nd part of the cake on top of the 1st bottom part - also coat this 2nd part of the cake with cream and fruit filling - now place the remaining part of the cake on top of the 2nd - decorate the cake with the rest of the cream and decor
