Ingredients
- 200 g Sugar
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Cocoa
- 50 g Food starch
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Packs Dr. Oetker cherry fruit filling
- 1 pack Dr. Oetker Torte Creme Vanilla
- 300 ml Milk
- 200 g Butter
- 1 pack Marzipan flowers, fondant, sugar sprinkles to decorate
Instructions
- 1st floor: - Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy - Mix flour, cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder and sieve - Carefully fold the flour mixture under the egg-sugar foam - Line the springform pan with baking paper and fill in the batter - at 160 degrees approx. 30 Bake for 40 minutes - - Divide the cold cake base twice (with a large saw knife) to make three parts
- 2nd Dr. Prepare the Oetker cake cream according to the instructions - spread the vanilla cream on the first half of the cake base and then pour the Dr. Apply the Oetker fruit filling - place the 2nd part of the cake on top of the 1st bottom part - also coat this 2nd part of the cake with cream and fruit filling - now place the remaining part of the cake on top of the 2nd - decorate the cake with the rest of the cream and decor
