Ingredients
- 1 kg Gyros strips
- Possibly oil for frying
- 200 g Sour cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 500 g Buitoni pasta
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Quarter or slice the tomatoes.
- Sear the gyros slices in a coated pan. Add the sour cream, processed cheese and water and stir until the processed cheese has dissolved.
