  • 1 piece Organic egg
  • 2 tbsp Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder or baking soda
  • 0,5 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Bowl Blueberry fresh
  • Coconut oil for frying


  • Mix the egg, flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and sugar into a batter. it can be frothy.
  • Heat a good pan with the coconut oil and fry the pancakes brown on both sides,
  • Let it slide onto a plate, fold it over once and add the fresh berries - Bon appetit - Have fun cooking
