Ingredients

  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 1 piece Paprika of your choice
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 handful Pine nuts alternatively peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon or vinegar to taste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey liquid
  • 3 tbsp Oil according to your mood
  • 2 piece There is also salmon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil for frying
  • Salt or herbal salt to season

Instructions

  • Work the broccoli, cut off the stem, wash and dry the florets. Wash the apple, cut in half, quarter. Wash, core and cut the pepper into large pieces. Now peel the cucumber and cut into large pieces. I put everything in my food processor, add salt, pepper, honey, mustard, lemon or vinegar and oil and chop everything up briefly. Season to taste and, if necessary, season to taste.
  • You can grate, slice or whatever you want the vegetables 🙂 then gradually add the spices and arrange in a bowl, your imagination is asked for here.
  • Defrost the salmon either fresh or frozen in time and fry in coconut oil and season with salt.
  • 4th tip! Of course you can also incorporate asparagus .... I would like to unfortunately not tolerate it.
  • In picture 2 I ate this salad with sheep cheese 🙂
