Ingredients
 

  • 2 medium sized Cloves of garlic, fresh
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce, light
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, (Saus Tiram)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix with the rest of the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved.

Annotation:

  • Instead of lime juice, tamarind syrup can also be used, which gives the sauce a different flavor.
