- 2 medium sized Cloves of garlic, fresh
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce, light
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, (Saus Tiram)
- 1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Coconut palm sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix with the rest of the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved.
- Instead of lime juice, tamarind syrup can also be used, which gives the sauce a different flavor.
