Ingredients

  • 4 piece Breaded schnitzel ready
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 450 ml Tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes (own)
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Herbs
  • 2 Bullets Mozzarella
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Set the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat!

  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put the slices in side by side. At the same time cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet and rinse in cold water. Spread about 5 tablespoons of the tomato sauce on each schnitzel on each schnitzel.
  • Then mix the pasta with the remaining sauce, seasoned salt, garip pepper, pepper, chopped herbs of your choice and spread over the schnitzel! Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the pasta and bake everything in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Finally sprinkle with herbs again! Serve! 🙂

P.s.

  • I cook my tomato sauce with salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and bay leaf, so there is not so much spice on top of everything .... 🙂
