Quick white bean soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 sausages (Mettenden)
  • 1 can beans, white with soup vegetables
  • Salt or granulated stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the carrots. Slice the sausages as well. Combine all three ingredients in a large pot and mix. Add enough water to just cover. Sprinkle with salt, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes. Now add the white beans and their liquid and bring back to a boil. Season to taste with salt or granulated stock.
