Ingredients
- Finely chopped wild garlic
- 5 Sun-Dried tomatoes
- 1 packet Freshly grated Parmesan
- Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the washed wild garlic. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and mix finely with the wild garlic with the blender. Mix the oil and Parmesan again briefly and you're done. Fill into clean glasses and always cover the top well with oil. Tastes delicious on pasta or in salad dressing or on bread, ....
