Ingredients
- 0,5 piece Red chilli pepper
- 3 piece Lemons
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 35 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 0,25 tsp Ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 0,5 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Halve the lemons and cut into slices; Chop the chilli and mash the garlic.
- Mash the chilli pepper with 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a mortar to a paste and mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl and let it stand for 24 hours - then fill it into a screw-top jar and place in the refrigerator - it will last about 2 weeks.
