Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 piece Red chilli pepper
  • 3 piece Lemons
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 35 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0,25 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0,5 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Halve the lemons and cut into slices; Chop the chilli and mash the garlic.
  • Mash the chilli pepper with 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a mortar to a paste and mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl and let it stand for 24 hours - then fill it into a screw-top jar and place in the refrigerator - it will last about 2 weeks.
