Ingredients
 

For the dough

  • 175 g Dark chocolate
  • 175 g Diced butter
  • 175 g Brown sugar
  • 100 g Whole-wheat flour
  • 6 Organic eggs

For the molds

  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Cocoa powder

For the liquid core

  • 6 pieces Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Brush six portion molds with the soft butter and sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
  • Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it together with the diced butter in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stir well and set aside to cool.
  • Mix the brown sugar and flour. In another bowl, whisk the chocolate butter with the eggs. Then stir in the flour mixture.
  • Fill the molds halfway with dough, sink a piece of chocolate into the middle of the dough and then fill up to three quarters with more dough. Then put the molds in the cold for about an hour
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cakes for 15-20 minutes until the edges are firm and the middle is still slightly runny.
