Ingredients
For the dough
- 175 g Dark chocolate
- 175 g Diced butter
- 175 g Brown sugar
- 100 g Whole-wheat flour
- 6 Organic eggs
For the molds
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Cocoa powder
For the liquid core
- 6 pieces Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Brush six portion molds with the soft butter and sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it together with the diced butter in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stir well and set aside to cool.
- Mix the brown sugar and flour. In another bowl, whisk the chocolate butter with the eggs. Then stir in the flour mixture.
- Fill the molds halfway with dough, sink a piece of chocolate into the middle of the dough and then fill up to three quarters with more dough. Then put the molds in the cold for about an hour
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cakes for 15-20 minutes until the edges are firm and the middle is still slightly runny.
